Cloud Cradle Refund & Return Policy

Nirvazaa ("we", "us", "our", or "Nirvazaa") operates https://cloudcradle.in under the brand Cloud Cradle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your eco-friendly baby bedding and care products. If something isn't right, we offer returns and refunds as outlined below, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Window We offer a generous 7-day return policy: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene and safety reasons (baby products come in contact with delicate skin), we cannot accept returns on used, washed, or soiled items.
3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at dreams@cloudcradle.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a prepaid label may be provided, and any associated costs may be deducted from your refund. Please do not send items without prior approval—they will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Contact us immediately at dreams@cloudcradle.in. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
5. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately—we'll arrange free pickup and provide a replacement or full refund promptly.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, or removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned unless defective.
- Personalized or custom-made orders.
7. Exchanges The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is processed.
8. Refunds
- We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, refunds are typically credited within 7-10 business days after inspection and issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where the error is ours).
- If more than 7 business days have passed since approval without refund reflection, please contact dreams@cloudcradle.in.
9. Timeframes
- Return will be done within 7 days
- Exchange will be done within 7 days
- Replacement will be done within 7 days
- Cancellations should be done within 7 days
Defective or misrepresented items are always eligible for return, replacement, or refund as per applicable laws. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
