Nirvazaa ("we", "us", "our", or "Nirvazaa") operates https://cloudcradle.in under the brand Cloud Cradle. We strive to deliver your eco-friendly baby bedding and care products quickly and safely across India.
1. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all pincodes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized or personalized items may take 5-7 business days.
- Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities and major towns: 3-5 business days.
- Other areas: 5-10 business days.
- Remote or hilly regions: Up to 10-15 business days. These are estimates only—actual delivery may vary due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving courier delays to the best of our ability.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Standard shipping is free on net order values above ₹999 (after discounts, excluding taxes).
- For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee will apply (typically shown clearly at checkout).
- Any additional charges (e.g., for remote areas or volumetric weight) will be displayed transparently before payment confirmation. No hidden fees—final shipping cost is always visible in your cart and at checkout.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website.
6. Courier Partners We partner with reliable couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, or similar services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Packages are carefully packed with hygienic materials suitable for baby products.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at dreams@cloudcradle.in.
- In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will investigate with the courier (typically within 5-7 business days) and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
- Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage immediately with photos.
8. Address Changes You may request an address change before dispatch by contacting us at dreams@cloudcradle.in. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
9. Multiple Items & Split Shipments If your order contains items with different processing times, we may ship them separately at no extra cost to ensure faster delivery of available items.
